Share Your Experience
  • A couple weeks ago I lost a shoe on the 322 train going home. I reported the loss to your customer service who responded within a couple days with a 'ticket' number. It was clearly explained how lost and found works and was told that if the shoe is found I will get a call but I was also welcomed to call with an inquiry. After a couple weeks I got the call that the shoe was found and where I could pick it up. I called back with a question of another way to retrieve the shoe since I don't go into LA. The representative, Sherry, informed me that there is a field agent for the San Bdno line (Linda) who will contact me to deliver the shoe. Linda met me this morning at the Upland station at 6:20am to give me the shoe. I cannot believe the customer service Metrolink provided for a 'shoe'.....and am very much appreciative. Everyone I spoke to were nice and professional and definitely went out of their way to help me. I share this story with everyone I talk to on the train - cannot sing your praises enough. Thank you.....Karen Davis

  • It would be hard to see many lights at the Mission Inn with having to catch a 6:00 train out.
    Thursday December 11, 2014 6:22 am
  • Why would you use Metrolink if you plan to go anywhere. Your never on time, origin or destination, and you cancel trains just because???? The last (2) years your service on the 91 Line has declined terribly. And the sad fact is, you give the impression you could care LESS! If I plan to attend a holiday show or gathering I'll drive otherwise I've wasted more money than the train fare.
    Thursday December 11, 2014 12:25 pm
  • Stop spending money on these frivolous activities, and instead fix your ticket machines and improve other core service features.
    Monday December 15, 2014 6:27 pm
  • Free guest passes expired with no replacement to try. Bought a non-refundable ticket Anaheim to Northridge and could not use it because the train had the wrong number on its side. Had to take Amtrack. Much better. Metrolink would not refund the unused ticket. Am retired and will never use Metro. Really bad schedules and no pr.
    Thursday December 17, 2015 12:40 pm
  • Wow, seems to me like it's kind of a hassle to take your trains anywhere.
    Tuesday November 22, 2016 6:21 pm
  • The last train for orange county is 6:00pm. No time to see the lights!
    Friday December 2, 2016 4:54 pm
  • Metrolink is scary. I might not make my train and end up waiting 2 hours for the next one. Even worse, there are no more trains for the day! =0
    Sunday December 4, 2016 1:38 am
  • Terrible experience. Purchased 4 tix for the Mission Inn, only to have the train arrive at the Fullerton station, turned away because the train was filled to capacity. Overbooked by several hundred people. How do I get refunded?
