You know as well as anyone: How can we improve Metrolink?

Dear Riders:

I am heartened to see all of us working together, staying at home to support our healthcare workers and flatten the COVID-19 curve. While 90% of Metrolink riders are staying safe at home, we are proud to provide a vital, safe, reliable and clean service to essential workers who must travel to perform their duties. 

Yet, when we have the chance to look toward the horizon and the day we can safely gather together, I do so with hope that we’ll see you on board Metrolink trains again. 

But, I don’t take that for granted. The world has changed around us. I want to hear from you how we can best serve you when the stay-at-home orders are lifted. I want to hear from you whether you are currently riding Metrolink as an essential worker or staying safer at home. So, please take this opportunity to share your thoughts and take a short survey.
