Antelope Valley Line 25% QSP Discount
Metrolink appreciates our Antelope Valley Line riders’ continued ridership as they have endured less than ideal on-time performance this year.
Through September 4, 2021, Metrolink has completed nearly 30 projects along the Antelope Valley Line in 2021 alone. All this work has been necessary to improve the Antelope Valley Line’s safety and performance. Unfortunately, this work has required 10 weekend bus bridges and resulted in slow orders during weekday service that led to train delays for our passengers.
We apologize for the delays our riders experienced. As a thank you for riders’ ongoing patience and as part of our Quality Service Pledge (QSP), we are offering a 25% discount on Antelope Valley Line Monthly Passes purchased for October 2021 and extending that discount to November and December monthly passes.
Riders who purchase their Monthly Pass through Metrolink’s Corporate Partner Program (CPP) are eligible for this discount and will receive the discount automatically for their Monthly Pass purchase in September. Reach out to the designated Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) to take advantage of this offer.
Please call or text (800) 371-5465 (LINK) if you need assistance or have questions.
Purchasing the discounted Monthly Pass:
- Monthly pass sales for October begin September 25, 2021
- Monthly pass sales for November begin October 25, 2021
- Monthly pass sales for December begin November 25, 2021
- Monthly passes can be purchased at Metrolink ticket machines, Metrolink ticket windows in L.A. Union Station, and through the Metrolink mobile app.
- The discount will automatically be applied at purchase of the Antelope Valley Line monthly passes.
- The discount applies only to the monthly pass for stations along the Antelope Valley Line.
All Antelope Valley Line riders are eligible to purchase monthly passes, which will be offered at a 25% discount for October, November and December 2021.
In August 2021, the line’s on-time performance again fell below our QSP commitment of 85%, primarily because of extensive track and infrastructure projects. Since the beginning of 2021, this is the fourth month we have failed to meet our commitment to provide you reliable transportation. Additionally, weekend service has been severely impacted with planned bus bridges to accommodate repairs, maintenance and construction projects.
This discount is part of our Quality Service Pledge (QSP). There are times that Metrolink service may be disrupted. This pledge outlines Metrolink’s service and compensation policies, as well as what customers can expect should an unforeseen disruption arise.
Metrolink can take you to many of your favorite Southern California destinations including Olvera Street, Dodger Stadium, Exposition Park, LA Live and much more!
If you travel on the weekends, Metrolink offers a $10 Weekend Day Pass good for travel on Saturday or Sunday.
