Rail Operations, Maintenance, and Support Services Procurement
The Southern California Regional Rail Authority (SCRRA) is preparing an RFP to obtain a single firm that will operate and maintain the SCRRA rail system, called Metrolink. The selected firm will be responsible for operation and maintenance of the entire Metrolink fleet, maintenance of facilities, material acquisition and management, and other functions associated with operating and maintaining the nation’s third largest commuter rail system.

DRAFT RFP AVAILABLE FOR REVIEW
A draft RFP for the upcoming Rail Operations, Maintenance, and Support Services procurement (MSOP150-20) is now available for review. Click here to access the draft RFP and supporting documentation. Industry feedback and suggestions on the draft documents are welcomed. We are particularly seeking recommended changes and clarifications that will make this procurement more inviting to prospective proposers.
The final RFP will be released and official proposals will only be accepted through Planet Bids, accessible here. Firms must be registered on Planet Bids to view the RFP documents and receive related notifications, and to submit an official proposal.
