Our special Angels Express service is back by popular demand after a nearly five-year hiatus. Throughout the 2024 season, Angels Express trains will transport fans to and from 42 Los Angeles Angels home games, including all regularly scheduled Friday, Saturday and Sunday games and three crosstown matchups with the Dodgers.
The first Angels Express trains roll out tomorrow night when the Dodgers visit Anaheim for a final preseason tune-up. But we also have exciting news for our friends in blue. New, late-night service on our Antelope Valley Line, introduced last fall, will make it possible for Dodgers fans who live along the line to take the train to more than 65 games in 2024 by transferring to the free Dodger Stadium Express shuttle at LA Union Station.
By choosing Metrolink, customers can free themselves from the stress of driving to baseball stadiums and focus on what matters – spending time with friends and family, while enjoying high fives and home runs. They will also experience the fun and camaraderie of traveling with other fans while soaking in the nostalgia of taking the train to the ballpark.
For the Angles Express, thanks to our member agencies OCTA, LA Metro and RCTC, trains on the Orange County and Inland Empire-Orange County lines will connect to Anaheim’s ARTIC Station, located a short walk from Angel Stadium. Roundtrip tickets are affordable at $10 per adult, and up to three “little angels” are able to ride free with each adult fare.
Baseball season is a special time, and we’re thrilled that fans will once again be able to take Metrolink out to the ball game!
