Planned Advisory for the San Bernardino Line and Arrow service  

Track Closure November 2-3, 2024 

On Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 2 and 3, 2024, Metrolink will complete maintenance and rehabilitation projects along the San Bernardino Line. This project will result in a complete service suspension of the San Bernardino Line on those two days.  

Also those two days, Saturday and Sunday, Nov. 2 and 3, there will be no Arrow service as Metrolink performs needed tests of the Zero-Emission Multiple Unit (ZEMU) prior to it going into service.  

Please be advised that alternate transportation will not be available between Los Angeles and San Bernardino nor between San Bernardino and Redlands.  

As an alternative for train travel on these two days, we encourage passengers to check Foothill Transit bus routes serving stations between the Montclair Transit Center and Los Angeles Union Station, and Omnitrans bus routes. 

We apologize for this inconvenience. 

Safety is foundational at Metrolink, and we are regularly working to ensure the long-term safety and reliability of our system in the communities we serve. We apologize that these necessary infrastructure enhancements will result in the closure of the rail line and the inconveniences it causes our riders. We will continue to look for ways to minimize the impact of these closures as best as possible as we continue this critical work.
