Planned Advisory for Memorial Day Weekend Service  

 

In observance of Memorial Day, Monday, May 26, Metrolink will operate its weekend schedule on the Antelope Valley, Orange County, 91/Perris Valley, San Bernardino, Inland Empire-Orange County, and Ventura County lines and offer the $10 Holiday Pass. Metrolink trains will not operate on the Riverside Line on Memorial Day.

 

Arrow service trains will also operate a weekend schedule.

 

Metrolink and Arrow will operate their regular weekend schedule on Saturday, May 24, and Sunday, May 25, with $10 Weekend Day Passes.

 

Kids Ride Free on Saturdays and Sundays. A maximum of three children, ages 17 and under, can ride for free with one adult who has a valid fare.

 

The Kids Ride Free promotion is not available on Monday, May 26.

 

Metrolink’s Rail 2 Rail® program, which allows Metrolink Monthly Pass holders to travel on Pacific Surfliner trains within station pairs at no additional charge, will be suspended from Friday, May 23, through Tuesday, May 27. The program will resume on Wednesday, May 28.

 

Pacific Surfliner codeshare trains, which accept all Metrolink tickets and passes between Los Angeles and Ventura, may also be affected during the blackout period. Pacific Surfliner can suspend the agreement and not accept Metrolink tickets and passes on a train-by-train basis based on capacity. Metrolink customers should not expect to be able to ride any Pacific Surfliner trains between Friday, May 23, and Tuesday, May 27.
