LOS ANGELES - This week, Metrolink launched its updated mobile website. The mobile website allows Metrolink passengers to view the same information posted on the desktop version of www.metrolinktrains.com, including schedule and fare information, service advisories, along with additional customer service content.
A survey was conducted on board Metrolink trains to test and gather feedback about the mobile website update. The overall response from Metrolink passengers favored and welcomed the update to the mobile website.
Any person who bookmarked or saved the web address of mobile.metrolinktrains.com will automatically be redirected to the updated site.
The new mobile website is an additional step to improve customer communication and to complement the recently launched application to purchase tickets and passes from a mobile device.
