Customer Relations Safety Milestone

On April 3, Metrolink’s Customer Relations Department marked five injury-free years, a testament to the dedication and consistently exemplary performance of the 23-member team. Their commitment to safety is evident in their daily interactions with thousands of riders and station visitors. Equally commendable is their ability to navigate a busy and often unpredictable work environment while operating wheelchair ramps, facilitating track changes and helping passengers through high-flow areas that are regularly traversed by motorized carts.

Their achievement was celebrated across Metrolink communication platforms, with each member receiving a certificate, Metrolink swag and a new jacket bearing a safety emblem on the sleeve.
