Special Rose Parade Service Returns in 2025

Metrolink is once again offering special service for the Rose Parade, providing attendees with a convenient and affordable alternative to driving to the event. For those headed to Pasadena on Jan. 1, Metrolink has added or adjusted the schedules for early-morning trains on the Ventura County, Antelope Valley, San Bernardino, Orange County and 91/Perris Valley lines so that passengers arrive at L.A. Union Station between 7 and 7:30 a.m. From there, riders can transfer for free to the LA Metro A Line for direct access to the parade route. Return trains in the early afternoon will help attendees beat the post-event rush.

On New Year’s Day, travelers can take advantage of Metrolink’s $10 Holiday Pass, which provides unlimited rides on the day of purchase. The pass is available through the Metrolink mobile app or station ticket machines under "Special Event Tickets."

Metrolink’s special Rose Parade service is making this time-honored tradition more accessible for all Southern Californians, including those from as far away as Oceanside, Lancaster and Perris. By choosing Metrolink, attendees can avoid the guesswork around traffic and parking and focus their energy instead on enjoying the parade.
