In Paris on Oct. 3, Darren met with the team at Transilien SNCF Voyageur, the subsidiary responsible for operating passenger trains within the French National Railway Company, to discuss key learnings from the recent 2024 Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games. Among the insights shared, Darren was briefed on the challenges transit agencies experienced with integrating different user-facing systems and how this impacted the customer experience. As Los Angeles prepares to host the next iteration of the Olympics, we are grateful for the support and transparency shown by our counterparts in Paris, as we work through the logistics of welcoming millions of international visitors to our region in 2028.
