How to Redeem your Ticket(s):
Follow the steps below at a Metrolink Ticket Machine on the day you wish to travel:
- Select "Promotional Codes" button on the home screen
- Enter your promotional code on the screen
- Select or enter your origin and destination (if prompted)
- Confirm rider type
- Confirm the information is correct
- Select "Print Ticket"
- Retrieve your ticket
Promo Code Guidelines
- Codes must be used before the date listed and are not valid on the Metrolink App.
- Free offers are limited to one per person; cell phone numbers and/or email addresses cannot be repeated when signing up for the offer.
- If you do not receive your codes, contact Metrolink at 800-371-5465.
- If you are having trouble redeeming your codes at the Ticket Machine, make note of the station you are at and the machine number and contact Metrolink at 800-371-5465.
- Promotional codes have no cash value and cannot be resold or reproduced in any way. Violators will be prosecuted.
Terms and Conditions
Offer has no cash value. Offer expires on date listed on the promotional offer. No copies, reproductions, refunds or exchanges are allowed. Limit one promotional ticket offer per household every six months. Promotional Ticket Code will be sent via email to the email address provided upon submission. Promotional Ticket Code must be used to redeem a ticket at a Metrolink ticket vending machine prior to boarding the train. Promotional codes and trial ride tickets have no cash value and cannot be resold or reproduced in any way. Violators will be prosecuted. Promotional codes are not valid tickets. Metrolink reserves the right to change the status of the promotional ticket code at any time. Promotional codes redeemed are not eligible for an exchange, refund, QSP or replacement ticket.
