Upcoming Advisories

Planned Advisory for Arrow service

AUgust 26-29, 2025

On Tue., August 26, Wed., August 27, and Thurs., August 28, evening Arrow trains 3842, 3843, 3844, and 3845 will be suspended. Also, on Wed., August 27, through Friday, August 29, weekday morning Arrow trains 3800 and 3801 will be suspended.

Metrolink train service to and from Redlands will operate normally during this time period.

Please be advised that alternate transportation will not be available for any of these suspensions.

The cause for these service suspensions is necessary ZEMU PTC testing.

As an alternative to Arrow train service, we encourage passengers to consider Omnitrans bus routes as travel options between the cities of San Bernardino and Redlands.

Safety is foundational at Metrolink, and we are regularly working to ensure the long-term safety and reliability of our system in the communities we serve.

We apologize for the inconvenience these service disruptions cause our riders. We will continue to look for ways to minimize the impact of these closures as best as possible as we continue this critical work.

Orange County Line and Inland Empire-Orange County Line Track Closures

September 20 & 21, 2025

Due to maintenance and rehabilitation projects, Orange County Line and Inland Empire-Orange County Line service will be interrupted on Saturday and Sunday, September 20 and 21, 2025.

On both days, Metrolink trains will not operate between the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo and Oceanside stations. No alternate transportation will be provided in lieu of Metrolink passenger rail service.

Please review OCTA bus routes connecting Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo and San Clemente as alternatives, while Greyhound does offer bus connections between the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center and the Oceanside Transportation Center.

Amtrak Pacific Surfliner service will also be affected by the track closure. For details, go to pacificsurfliner.com.

We apologize that necessary infrastructure enhancements sometimes result in track closures that may be inconvenient for our riders. This work is necessary to ensure the system's safety and reliability.
