Voucher Reimbursement
Welcome to the Metrolink Voucher Reimbursement page.
Customers who receive a transaction voucher from a Metrolink ticket machine can submit a request for reimbursement in one of the following ways:
- By completing the Voucher Reimbursement Request Form below
- At a Metrolink ticket window at Union Station, Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-6:30 pm
- By calling (877) 693-5217, Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-10:00 pm and Saturday & Sunday, 6:30 am-8:00 pm
- At a Metrolink ticket machine, used as payment toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal to or less than the total purchase price. All voucher reimbursement requests will be verified internally and may take 4-6 weeks for processing.
DISCLAIMER: Metrolink does not refund Amtrak vouchers. For Amtrak refund assistance, or to find the closest Amtrak ticket office, call 1-800-USA-RAIL. Amtrak vouchers may also be mailed in for reimbursement.
