Voucher Reimbursement

This page allows customers who have received a transaction voucher from a Metrolink ticket machine to submit their voucher reimbursement request online.

NOTE instead of reimbursement, vouchers can be used as payment toward the purchase of a new ticket of equal to or less than the total purchase price at any Metrolink ticket machine or window.

To reimburse your Metrolink transaction voucher, you may submit your request in one of the following ways:

  • Online by completing the form below
  • In person at a Union Station ticket window, Monday-Friday, 6:30 am-6:30 pm
  • By calling (877) 693-5217

All voucher reimbursement requests will be verified internally.

DISCLAIMER: Metrolink does not refund Amtrak vouchers. For Amtrak refund assistance, or to find the closest Amtrak ticket office, call 1-800-USA-RAIL. Amtrak vouchers may also be mailed in for reimbursement.
