Voucher Reimbursement

Welcome to the Metrolink Voucher Reimbursement page.

This site allows customers who have received a transaction voucher from a Metrolink ticket vending machine to submit their voucher reimbursement request online.

If you have received a Metrolink transit voucher, you may submit a request in one of the following ways:

  • Through this website
  • In person at Union Station
  • By calling (877) 693-5217

All voucher reimbursement requests will be verified internally.

DISCLAIMER: Metrolink does not refund Amtrak vouchers. For Amtrak refund assistance, or to find the closest Amtrak ticket office, call 1-800-USA-RAIL. Amtrak vouchers may also be mailed in for reimbursement.
