BatCade

These unassuming batting cages are perhaps the most glamorous in all of Southern California — but everyone is welcome just as they are.

BatCade in Burbank is known to be where Hollywood’s hottest celebs take their kids -- and now, Metrolink riders can visit via an easy train ride, too.

Whether it's playing in a competitive league, just having some batting cage fun, or watching one of the live MLB games on one of BatCade's TVs, visitors should grab a baseball hat and jersey to represent a favorite sports team and head on over via Metrolink.

Plus, one of the best things about practicing at these batting cages is that the pitching machines never get tired -- meaning families can stay and play all day.

When it's time to eat, grab a bite at the famously tasty snack bar that serves goodies like pizza.

BatCade also provides rentals and can host wonderfully fun parties for birthdays and group events. It’s a family-friendly destination to avoid the heat on a sunny summer day or to dodge the rain during those rare wet winter afternoons.
