Take any Metrolink line except the IEOC line to the 7th Annual LATINAFest set to take place on Sunday, June 1, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Gloria Molina Grand Park in downtown Los Angeles. LATINAFest, a collaboration of all things Latina, is the largest outdoor festival celebrating Latinas in the United States.
This year’s theme, “Legacy,” honors the cultural and familial heritage passed down through generations. The festival aims to celebrate and empower Latinas through a vibrant day of music, art, food, and community engagement.
LATINAfest is produced by a community-based organization with a mission to celebrate, promote, and foster unity, diversity, and economic inclusion. The group aims to amplify the Latina voice and champion Latina entrepreneurs, activists, and artists who are committed to uplifting and empowering the Latina community.
Key event highlights this year include:
- Keynote Speaker: Claudia Romo Edelman, founder of the We Are All Human Foundation and advocate for Latino inclusion, will deliver the keynote address, focusing on advancing diversity and equity.
- Live Music: Las Chorizeras, an all-female mariachi fusion group, will perform as part of the festival's live entertainment lineup.
- Workshops & Panels: Attendees can participate in cultural workshops, such as candle-making and Reiki, as well as panel discussions featuring leading voices from the Latina community.
- Vendors & Shopping: Over 100 vendors will showcase unique cultural products and jewelry, providing attendees with an opportunity to support Latina-owned businesses.
- Additional Activities: The festival will also feature morning yoga, a cocktail garden, author readings, and a fashion show, offering a well-rounded experience for all attendees.
