Take Metrolink’s Orange County Line to the Irvine station and visit the first Hello Kitty-themed café in the United States. This unique and fun destination combines the beloved Sanrio character with an immersive café and a hidden speakeasy.
Visitors can indulge in Hello Kitty-inspired food and beverages in this space, the first Hello Kitty-themed café in the United States.

1. The Café Experience

In the cafe, try an assortment of cute and tasty treats such as:

  • Pastries & Sweets: Macarons, cupcakes, and cookies featuring Hello Kitty’s signature bow and face
  • Drinks: A range of lattes, iced drinks, and specialty beverages, many adorned with Hello Kitty latte art
  • Savory Treats: Sandwiches and snacks like Hello Kitty-shaped bites and bento boxes

The décor in the café feels fun and colorful, immersing guests into the Hello Kitty world, with bright colors like white and pink and playful decor like large Hello Kitty statues, themed furniture, (and plenty of Instagrammable photo opportunities).

2. The Speakeasy Experience

Behind the walls of the main café, visitors can encounter an exceptionally special experience — Hello Kitty Speakeasy. Visitors will likely need a reservation to enter this area of the café (and usually, there’s a secret password — mimicking the exclusive nature of prohibition-era speakeasies!).

Once inside, the speakeasy features a more chic, sophisticated atmosphere, with sultry decor and a dimly lit interior that contrasts with the jolly vibes of the café. Try one of the meticulously crafted signature cocktails inspired by Hello Kitty and other Sanrio characters.
