High Horse Saloon

This Western-themed restaurant and bar is located in Historic Downtown Fullerton, serving a blend of Southern-inspired cuisine and craft cocktails. Signature dishes include the Nashville chicken sandwich, tri-tip burgers, BBQ spice-rubbed wings, meatloaf, and hearty steak-loaded baked potatoes. 

The interior decor evokes a sense of being in the Old West, with natural, exposed brick, reclaimed barnwood siding, and seating options such as saddle stools at the bar and tufted leather booths for larger groups. 

This spot is known for its rustic decor, spirited atmosphere, and entertaining regular events.

• Honky Tonk Happy Hour: Monday through Friday from 3–6 p.m., enjoy a range of food and drink specials 
• Ridin' Solo Wednesdays: Listen to live acoustic acts from 6–9 p.m.  
• Line Dancing Thursdays: Dive into dance lessons and let loose on the dance floor from 8–10 p.m. (beginners are welcome!)
• Late-Night DJs: On Fridays and Saturdays from 10 p.m. to close, listen to DJs playing a range of sounds including country, hip hop, and more 
• Country Brunch: On Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. –2 p.m., browse a brunch menu featuring creative culinary creations and morning cocktails 
• Saddle Up Sundays: Listen to Live country music (with a mix of other genres) every Sunday from 4–7 p.m.
