Planned Advisory for the Orange County and Inland Empire-Orange County Lines

No Train Service South of Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo September 16 through October 3, 2021

In order to complete emergency track work and ensure the ongoing safe operation of the rail line, Orange County and Inland Empire-Orange County line service will not operate between the Laguna Niguel/Mission Viejo and Oceanside stations starting Thursday, September 16 through Sunday, October 3. We expect Metrolink service will resume Monday Oct 4. If the work is completed earlier, regular Metrolink service will resume.

Unfortunately, alternate bus transportation will not be provided to or from the San Juan Capistrano, San Clemente or Oceanside stations. 

Safety is foundational at Metrolink, and we are regularly working to ensure the long-term safety and reliability of our system in the communities we serve. We apologize for the inconvenience this track work and service interruption causes our riders.
