- There are selected spaces near the Metrolink station at North Beach that provide commuter parking with the following rates:
- $1 per day for commuters (must arrive at the station between 4 a.m. - 9 a.m. to take advantage of the special Metrolink rate)
- After 9am parking is $1.50 per hour.
- $50 for a resident annual parking pass (12 consecutive months).
- $100 for a non-resident annual pass (12 consecutive months).
