All competitive procurements above $25,000 are posted on our Vendor Portal and are also advertised in various newspapers covering the counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside, and San Bernardino.  Below you can access the portal to register as a vendor for the NAICS Codes that match the products and/or services your company offers.  Once registered, you will be able to receive electronic notices of contracting opportunities; conduct your own search for solicitations; download bid documents; and submit bids electronically (when applicable).
