Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen's founding mission is to offer visitors a cafe where everyone can feel welcome in an inclusive space, with quality food and drink.
Philanthropist, entrepreneur, award-winning actress and coffee lover Issa Rae celebrates her fourth coffeeshop location of Hilltop Coffee + Kitchen in Downtown Los Angeles -- which joins locations in Slauson, Inglewood and Eagle Rock.
“Downtown LA has such a rich history of creativity and resilience,” Rae said in an interview with Forbes. “We are excited to share the Hilltop experience with the dreamers and doers of the local community.”
The downtown LA location of Hilltop's bar and kitchen is open daily, Monday - Sunday from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m., serving all-day brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
Choose from a range of healthy options like bowls, salads and a selection of toasts with fresh toppings, or indulge in something more hearty like a savory burrito or chicken sandwich. Enjoy simple and nourishing breakfast and lunch offerings, as well as specialty coffees, juices and pastries.
It's a place to meet with friends for a chat, get some work done or just sit and enjoy the strong sense of community, creativity and connection felt within.
