La Pupusa Urban Eatery is a family-driven passion project, inspired by a love for the food of El Salvador and the beauty of Los Angeles.

Owners Juan and Stephanie wanted to create a place where they could mix L.A. culture with their Salvadoran roots and highlight the outstanding flavors they grew up eating in their own homes.

Their restaurant aims to keep their ancestors' traditions alive, while also acknowledging the new traditions they've made in Los Angeles as Salvi Americans.
