Novo Café is a cozy restaurant situated in the movie studio district of Burbank. This eatery offers authentic Italian cuisine, including a generous selection of pasta, hand-crafted pizza, and panini — among other tasty Italian delicacies. Novo is well known among locals as a welcoming destination for lunch or dinner.
This restaurant’s concept was inspired by the founder and Italian native Massimo Forti’s desire to create fresh cuisine that gives diners an opportunity to feel as if they’ve been transported to Italy. In fact, “Novo" translates to “new” in the Italian dialect of his hometown – and with this word as his key influence, Forti aims to use his “new” Italian concept for creating great-tasting, Italian food made from scratch to make diners feel as if they’re eating a home-cooked meal in a real mom-and-pop trattoria in Italy.
Diners can order food to go or for delivery – and there’s an outdoor patio space with ample heaters. It’s a well-priced and welcoming place to meet for a family meal, or for couples to enjoy a romantic date night with remarkable and authentic food.
