Pizza Cafe LA isn’t just a hidden "gem" -- it’s Silver Lake’s culinary crown jewel, for pizza lovers. 

Boasting five years of experience making pizza, Chef "Pizzaiolo" Diego and his restaurant, Pizza Cafe proudly offer specialty small and large Neapolitan pizzas, made fresh. All the ingredients used to make the pizzas are of the highest quality available on the market, paired with a dough that has been made fresh from imported Italian flour and cooked with care in the on-site authentic hearth brick oven at a searing 700 degrees.  

Diners can try the New York Style pies which are Brooklyn-inspired, and feature a tasty Neapolitan crust smothered with California tomato red sauce and topped with Wisconsin mozzarella. There’s also the Detroit Deep Dish Style pizza, which is made using a buttery focaccia bread topped with Wisconsin cheese and savory house red sauce.  

Even for those who don’t like pizza, there are a plethora of other delicious offerings at Pizza Cafe including wings, burgers and fries, hoagies, salads and more on an ever-evolving menu. Those who are plant-based or gluten-free should call ahead 24 hours in advance, to order one of Pizza Cafe's special, personalized pizzas that are still cooked to perfection.
