Afters Ice Cream

Afters Ice Cream isn’t just a dessert – it’s a movement. This exceptionally sweet Southern California-based brand has made a long-lasting mark in pop culture history as a trendy pioneer in the food culture scene (meaning, it's as Instagrammable as it is tasty!).  

Afters Ice Cream breaks free of the old-fashioned ice cream shop persona. Instead, it offers visitors a fresh new take on experiencing an established ice cream business by selling a new and exciting signature handcrafted ice cream stuffed warm donut called the "Milky Bun."  

The first location of Afters Ice Cream opened in Fountain Valley in February of 2014 -- but today, there are more than 25 successful locations across Southern California and many additional locations slated to open in the future. 

Although their diverse menu is ever-evolving, one classic flavor to enjoy would be the “cookie monster” vanilla-based ice cream made with chocolate chip cookies, crushed Oreos, and chocolate fudge. There’s also the “milk and cereal,” another favorite -- a vanilla-based ice cream made using the shop’s famous “Afters flakes” mixed in. It’s described as tasting like "a bowl of cereal, but better!
