Comic Book Hideout
Comic Book Hideout is a hidden gem nestled into the streets of downtown Fullerton, occupying a cozy brick building that's welcoming to every type of person. From the vigilant comic book collector to the casual art curator, each visitor is invited to gather and pursue their own unique passion, and to use this space as a sort of clubhouse to connect with others who share their interests.
The shop was established back in 2012 and founded by the current owner, operator, and comic book fanatic, Glynnes, who grew up reading comics with her father. She has since accumulated over 25 years of experience in the comic book world including buying, selling, grading and appraising collections of all types. Glynnes boasts a vast knowledge of comics and has created this space where everyone can feel welcome to explore their hobbies – whether it be music, games, collectibles or art.
Every week the shop receives the latest and greatest titles from publishers like Marvel, DC, Image, Dark Horse, Boom, IDW, Scout and AfterShock, among others. From trade paperbacks to graphic novels, magazines, complete comic book sets, tabletop card games like Magic the Gathering and Pokemon, role-playing games like Dungeons and Dragons, Pathfinder, Star Wars and many other board games – it's a comic lover’s dream and safe haven for hiding away and diving into a world of fantasy and adventure, at Fullerton’s Comic Book Hideout.
