2024 Festival of the Butterflies
Butterfly lovers, unite! Goin Native Therapeutic Gardens' annual Festival of the Butterflies is back this summer and better than ever, celebrating 10 years of spreading joy in San Juan Capistrano!
From 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, August 3, watch as the Los Rios Historic District transforms into a magical land with 1,000-plus butterflies fluttering through the air.
And the best part? You can avoid traffic and parking headaches by taking Metrolink. Just hop on the train and get off at San Juan Capistrano station, which is just a short walk from the festival grounds.
Here's what you can expect at the festival:
- A variety of butterfly species, including monarchs, swallowtails and painted ladies
- Educational exhibits about butterflies and their lifecycle
