Explore Oceanside Harbor to experience a myriad of seaside outdoor adventures. Check out the nearly two miles of sidewalks, or sit to watch the boats and enjoy the sunshine. This destination is the sole harbor located between Oceanside and San Diego.

For those who are ready for adventure, book a sportfishing trip, go whale watching, or rent a boat and take a little tour of your own. Jet skis are available to rent, as are stand-up paddleboards or kayaks -- a fun way to get some great exercise.

Nearby, The Harbor Village shops are fantastic places to browse for beachwear, gifts and souvenirs or grab a bite to eat at one of the several local restaurants.

The harbor itself has a fascinating history; it was once on land owned by nearby Camp Pendleton, but in 1959 the City of Oceanside purchased it and began to design and build the harbor that visitors see today. Harbor Beach, which is just next door, is a great place to swim, surf and stroll along the sand.
