Forest Lawn Museum - Glendale
This free museum is open Tuesdays - Sundays, from 10 a.m.- 5 p.m., perched at the top of the hill within Forest Lawn-Glendale.
The museum opened in 1952 and is home to a lineup of rotating exhibitions and a permanent collection including paintings, sculptures and other works of art.
There are many original bronze and marble sculptures by European and American artists and a stained glass collection that used to be William Randolph Hearst's.
