This 100% plant-based, zero-waste restaurant aims to be a wholly sustainable and regenerative business, benefiting community members and the planet. This restaurant hosts a casual-chic ambiance, ample cost-effectiveness and a diverse menu rich in flavors. It's a fantastic place to gather for dinner or weekend brunch.

Visitors can either sit on the outdoor patio, which offers ample space for groups to connect — or inside, where there's an eco-industrial vibe and a buzzy atmosphere.   

For an entree, try the signature Creamy Polenta Cake with Chorizo made with charred veggies and chili oil, or the Meatless Loaf made with a delicious combination of lentils, wild rice, mushroom and beet demi-glace, navy beans and charred chard. And those who want to dive into brunch can indulge in hearty favorites like chicken and waffles, the chilled chia bowl, classics like the breakfast burrito or the sloppy waffle, made with fresh fruit and vanilla crème.
