All the ingredients used to make the pizzas are of the highest quality available on the market, paired with a dough that has been made fresh from imported Italian flour and cooked with care in the on-site authentic hearth brick oven at a searing 700 degrees.  

Diners can try the New York Style pies which are Brooklyn-inspired, and feature a tasty Neapolitan crust smothered with California tomato red sauce and topped with Wisconsin mozzarella. There’s also the Detroit Deep Dish Style pizza, which is made using a buttery focaccia bread topped with Wisconsin cheese and savory house red sauce.
