In 2012, French Chef Laurent "Lou" came with his wife to Los Angeles with the dream of introducing his French culture, tradition and culinary skills to the area by way of opening his own French bakery.
He’s since started a successful catering business in Southern California and opened his own French Patisserie and coffee shop in Burbank.
Today, visitors to his warm, welcoming shop can delight in a range of authentic, delicious pastries, sandwiches and cakes created with love.
