Passengers can contact (818) 729-2245 to request a ride once they have reached the train station, or are ready to leave the terminal.
Passengers riding from the terminal to the train station should proceed to the Valet Parking area to meet their shuttle.

Antelope Valley Line - Burbank Airport - North Station
- Purchase your Metrolink ticket with Burbank Airport - North Station as your destination using the Metrolink mobile app or a ticket machine.
- When you arrive at the station, call (818) 729-2245 to request your complimentary shuttle.
- Meet the shuttle at the designated shuttle stop located on San Fernando Blvd, on the north end of the station.
- Ride shuttle to airport terminal.
From The Airport to the train station
Antelope Valley Line - Burbank Airport - North Station
- At the airport, exit the terminal.
- Call (818) 729-2245 to request a complimentary shuttle.
- Follow signs to the Valet Parking area to meet the shuttle.
- Ride the shuttle to the Burbank Airport - North Station.
- Purchase your Metrolink ticket with Burbank Airport - North as your origin using a ticket machine or the Metrolink mobile app.
- Board your train to your next destination.
Parking at Burbank Airport - North Station
Currently, there is no parking at the Burbank Airport - North Station.
VIA VENTURA COUNTY LINE AT BURBANK AIRPORT - SOUTH STATION
Hollywood Burbank Airport offers complimentary, on-demand shuttle service between the airport and Metrolink's Burbank Airport - South Station. Service is offered daily, 5:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m.
Passengers can contact (818) 565-1308 to request a ride once they have reached the station Kiss-N-Ride on Empire Ave., or are ready to leave the terminal.
Passengers riding from the terminal to the station should proceed to the Airport Parking Lot Shuttle Island located in front of the terminal and board the Lot C shuttle, request the Lot C shuttle driver to stop at the south train station.
From THE Train Station to the Airport
Ventura County Line - Burbank Airport - South Station
- Purchase your Metrolink ticket with Burbank Airport - South Station as your destination using the Metrolink mobile app or a ticket machine.
- Ride the train to the Burbank Airport - South Station.
- Call the complimentary shuttle service, or follow the signs to the airport terminal and walk approximately 1/4 mile.
- You may also use the elevated walkway, which connects the adjacent Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC) building with the terminal.
From The Airport to the train station
Ventura County Line - Burbank Airport - South Station
- Exit the airport terminal and follow signs to trains.
- Walk approximately 1/4 mile south toward Burbank Airport - South Station.
- Call the complimentary shuttle service, or use the elevated walkway to reach the Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC) building
- Cross Empire Ave. to access the Metrolink platforms.
- Purchase your Metrolink ticket with Burbank Airport - North Station as your destination using the Metrolink mobile app or a ticket machine.
- Board your train to your next destination.
Parking at Burbank Airport - South Station
