Antelope Valley Line 25% QSP Discount
Metrolink appreciates our Antelope Valley Line riders’ continued ridership as they have endured less than ideal on-time performance this year.
Through November 4, 2021, Metrolink has completed nearly 30 projects along the Antelope Valley Line in 2021 alone. All this work has been necessary to improve the Antelope Valley Line’s safety and performance. Unfortunately, this work has required 11 weekend bus bridges and resulted in slow orders during weekday service that led to train delays for our passengers.
We apologize for the delays our riders experienced. As a thank you for riders’ ongoing patience and as part of our Quality Service Pledge (QSP), we are offering a 25% discount on Antelope Valley Line Monthly Passes purchased for November 2021 and extending that discount to December monthly passes.
Riders who purchase their Monthly Pass through Metrolink’s Corporate Partner Program (CPP) are eligible for this discount and will receive the discount automatically for their Monthly Pass purchase. Reach out to the designated Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) to take advantage of this offer.
For passengers who purchased an Antelope Valley Line One-Way Ticket, Round-Trip Ticket or Weekend Day Pass on a day of a planned bus bridge, as a token of our appreciation for your patience and continued ridership, we are giving you a complimentary 5-Day Flex Pass.
Mobile app users will automatically receive the complimentary pass in their digital wallet, while those who purchased paper tickets can attach proof of purchase here to receive your complimentary fare. The complimentary fares must be used by December 31, 2021.
In addition to the discounts and complimentary fares, we are also offering 25% bonus loyalty points for all Antelope Valley Line ticket purchases between now and the end of the year. If you are not already a member of the Metrolink SoCal Explorer Loyalty Program, you can sign up here.

FAQs
All Antelope Valley Line riders are eligible to purchase monthly passes, which will be offered at a 25% discount for October, November and December 2021.
In August 2021, the line’s on-time performance again fell below our QSP commitment of 85%, primarily because of extensive track and infrastructure projects. Since the beginning of 2021, this is the fourth month we have failed to meet our commitment to provide you reliable transportation. Additionally, weekend service has been severely impacted with planned bus bridges to accommodate repairs, maintenance and construction projects.
This discount is part of our Quality Service Pledge (QSP). There are times that Metrolink service may be disrupted. This pledge outlines Metrolink’s service and compensation policies, as well as what customers can expect should an unforeseen disruption arise.
