Lost & Found

Lost an item on a train?

If you left something on a Metrolink or Arrow train, please call or text Metrolink Customer Service at 800-371-5465 (LINK).

  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday – Sunday: 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Please be prepared to provide details about your item and where it was lost, including:

  1. Your train number,
  2. car or seat number, and
  3. a description of the item.

Found Items & Processing

Found items are secured at outlying Metrolink/Arrow facilities before they are retrieved and brought to our Lost and Found office at L.A. Union Station for processing and storage. It may take up to 7 business days for an item to be logged into our system. 

Lost and Found Office

The Lost and Found office is located at the L.A. Union Station West Portal ticket office, near the historic lobby on the Alameda side of the station.

Item pickup is available:

  • Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Please call Metrolink Customer Service to make an appointment for pickup outside of these hours.

Please be aware that Metrolink is not responsible for items left on trains or platforms. Always label your belongings and keep valuables with you when traveling.
