Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR)

Hollywood Burbank Airport offers travelers a rail connection to destinations across Southern California. Metrolink serves the airport from two stations, with connections to and from the terminal.

The new terminal opens October 13, 2026. If you are traveling before then, check the airport’s current bus and train information for existing terminal connections. The directions below apply starting October 13.

Getting between Metrolink and the new terminal — starting October 13 

Burbank Airport–South | Ventura County Line

Cross Empire Avenue from the station to the Regional Intermodal Transportation Center (RITC). Board the complimentary airport shuttle at the designated curb in the ground-floor bus area. From the terminal, follow signs to the shuttle pickup area on the ground floor of the parking structure directly across from the terminal. Take the shuttle to the RITC, then cross Empire Avenue to the station.

Burbank Airport–North | Antelope Valley Line

Walk approximately half a mile between the station and the new terminal via Cohasset Street, or call 818-729-2245 for the complimentary on-demand shuttle. At the station, meet the shuttle at the designated stop on San Fernando Boulevard at the north end of the station. From the terminal, call to request a ride and follow signs to the shuttle pickup area on the ground floor of the parking structure directly across from the terminal.

Shuttle hours: 4:45 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. During an irregular or delayed flight operation, service continues until 45 minutes after the last flight.
