Located right at the Metrolink Rialto Station, this local, family-owned cafe serves up a unique culinary experience through the blending of Mexican and Southern fusion flavors with an added flare.

There’s a diverse selection of menu items such as wings, tacos, chicken & waffles, and waffles & ice cream -- just to name a few of the specialties. But this restaurant might be best known for its legendary waffle creations.

Fabulous breakfast waffle selections include sweet treats, like the “No You Didn't Waffle” which is a peach cobbler waffle served with pie crust, crema, and whipped cream or the “Churro Banana Cream Pie Waffle” topped with bananas and pecans.

For those who prefer a savory flavor, locals recommend the “The Mambacita,” which is a hearty and filling fried chicken sandwich topped with applewood smoked bacon, pepper jack cheese, and ranch.

And since it’s never too early for dessert, finish off the meal with the shareable “Signature Ice Cream Waffle” for which guests can choose any signature waffle from the breakfast menu and add two scoops of any available choice of ice cream.

The atmosphere on-site is lively and welcoming, and there is no shortage of cheerful employees to offer recommendations or answer any questions visitors might have about any menu item. It’s a fantastic destination for friends or family members to enjoy a satisfying breakfast, brunch or lunch with generous portion sizes, reasonable prices.
