Co-Owners of Rescue Brewing Company, Nikki and Neil Voskeritchian, chose historic downtown Upland for the home of their iconic locally beloved brewery because they wanted to create a family-friendly gathering space in an accessible location for people to visit.

Neil had always dreamed of brewing beer and Nikki wanted to give back to the community of Upland, as she had called the town home for over 16 years. Rescue Brewing Company is the combination of both their dreams successfully coming to life.

At this spirited, dog-friendly restaurant and taproom, locals and visitors can come together to relax and taste Neil’s handcrafted specialty brews on-site after spending a day exploring the many diverse local businesses of downtown Upland.

Rescue sets aside a portion of their income from events, merchandise and beer sales to donate to local rescue “heroes.” The brewery consistently gives to charities that lend support to police, firemen, military and animal rescues.

The team also dedicates time and effort toward creating extra special ways to incorporate pairing their passion for philanthropy with serving the local community. In fact, Nikki makes dog biscuits from the spent grains left over after each batch of Neil’s handcrafted beer and donates the proceeds from the sales of these healthy dog snacks to the Upland Animal Shelter.

It’s an ideal destination to spend an afternoon or evening in downtown Upland with welcoming service, a lively atmosphere and a generous selection of handcrafted brews.
